FFPShort Survey from an Affiliate>>> CPS Abuse of Power
  • Case-Winning Power without a Lawyer (pro se)

  • The Surveys created aren't a "Cure All" for the concerns that exist before our families today. The Surveys merely seek "opinions" and then are shared appropriately, as summaries, to others in power.
    Example from California
Confidentiality of personal information is our top priority. Also, we certainly can't respond to the many individuals that reply. However, do encourage all individuals to become an advocate for themselves and those closest to them.

       About this Survey:
This survey goes into a little more detail about the Financial Aspects that parents
face when maintaining seperate living spaces. However, and if at all possible, the
       children need both parents.
Please note, the results of this survey may also be used to compare information from

  • Follow up information for Families in Your State;
  • Proof for Your State legislators; or
  • Need for changes in the current child welfare system in Your State.

Important Note:

  • You will not be identified, if you don't want to be, because identification is not required.
  • Anyone providing identification and/or contact information, will be considered confidential, by the National Survey Project© and only used as a means to work with the individuals providing their information.

Suggested Common Concern*

"We are joining forces with all persons affected by Parens Patriae to include parents, extended family, foster parents and father's and mother's rights groups. While this is a difficult endeavor due to various divisions, the focus will be on challenging the system with the unified goals and commonalities that each is suffering under in family courts and through Child Protective Agencies and other related Groups."

(See Definition: Parens Patriae)

*Note: Originally created by a Family Advocate in the state of WA and shared with many individuals and groups over the past few years.

Educational Awareness
Keep this statement by Congress made in 1980 in mind "The Adoption Assistance Act requires, in part, that states receiving federal monies under the Act>> make reasonable efforts to prevent the removal of children from their homes and, whenever possible, to reunify children placed in foster care with their families."
